Shane Hastie is the Global Lead for Agile, AI, Business Analysis & Leadership at Skills Development Group, delivering professional development courses across a wide range of disciplines including agile, leadership, business analysis, product management and facilitation. With more than 40 years of experience, he has led and coached developers, testers, project managers and business analysts, helping organisations improve software delivery, business outcomes and organisational capability. He is also an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC), supporting individuals and teams through professional coaching.
Previously, Shane served in senior leadership roles at ICAgile, including Director of Agile Learning Programs and Director of Community Development, where he helped shape agile education and foster a global community of practitioners. Before that, he spent 15 years as a trainer and consultant with SoftEd, specialising in agile practices, project management, business analysis and software development. A passionate advocate for modern ways of working, Shane is also the co-author of #NoProjects and The Rock Crusher.
