Amina Bourguiba is a Transformation Expert, author and keynote speaker with 15 years of experience supporting complex organizational transformations.
She works with leaders and teams on large-scale organizational transformations, from strategy and alignment to governance, delivery and long-term adoption. Drawing on her experience across business, digital and agile transformation, she uses agility as a lever and a people-centric approach to bridge the gap between top-management ambition and the realities of execution.
