Denise Jarvie

Denise Jarvie is the Managing Director of Agile Alliance and Director of Agile Community at PMI, where she advances enterprise agility and helps leaders build organizations that are prepared for continuous change. Her work focuses on translating strategy into action, strengthening the connection between leadership and execution, and enabling organizations to adapt while maintaining strategic focus.

Denise brings extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and digital modernization initiatives across complex, highly regulated environments, including defense, aerospace, supply chain, and government. She draws on this experience to help organizations align leadership, operating models, and execution systems to navigate disruption, including the growing impact of AI on work, decision-making, and value delivery.
A frequent keynote speaker and thought leader, Denise speaks on enterprise agility, AI-enabled transformation, adaptive leadership, and closing the strategy-execution gap. She is passionate about moving organizations beyond methodology debates and toward building practical capabilities for continuous adaptation, shared enterprise outcomes, and human-centered change.
Denise is a U.S. Army veteran with an MBA and holds PMP and PMI-ACP certifications. She is also a co-creator and advocate of the Manifesto for Enterprise Agility.
