RMIT Project Management Chapter President | PMI Global NextGen Outreach Volunteer | Human-Centred Project Lead
Ivy Thai is an emerging project leader with a multidisciplinary background in architecture, education, organisational transformation, and project management. She currently serves as President of the RMIT Project Management Chapter, where she leads a growing student community, builds industry partnerships, and drives professional development and industry engagement initiatives for the next generation of project professionals.
Professionally, Ivy works within a project team delivering an organisational IT transformation project for a not-for-profit organisation. She is also completing a Master of Project Management at RMIT University and volunteers with PMI’s NextGen Outreach team.
Across her professional work, PMI involvement, and leadership of PMC, Ivy is driven by one purpose: creating meaningful change, connecting people with opportunity, and helping shape the next generation of project leaders, while keeping human judgement, relationships, and purpose at the centre of transformation.
