Marta Ciak

Marta has been working in IT for over 6 years as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, helping teams improve their processes, use data effectively, and make better decisions. With a management background in sales, marketing, and logistics, Marta approaches Agile from a business perspective, focusing on real value, ROI, and everyday decision-making.
Marta is the Leader of PMI Silesia, co-organising professional development initiatives and conferences, and a co-founder of the Poza.Scrumem podcast. Marta has also taught Project Management at WSB University in Poznań and Gdańsk University of Technology.
