Mary Hladio

Mary A. Hladio is a senior PMO leader at GE Aerospace, where she works across programs, engineering, operations, and product leadership to strengthen execution and improve decisions. She holds PMP, PMI CSSP, and PMI PMO-CP certifications and has led program management and professional development initiatives in both corporate and volunteer settings. Mary is the author of Transforming Project Management with Generative AI, Develop Leader: Why Traditional Leadership Training Misses the Mark, and most recently a children’s book Penny’s Treehouse Triumph. An active PMI volunteer and speaker, she brings a practical, people-centered perspective to leadership, organizational change, and turning strategy into results.
