Mustapha Boubekri is an Enterprise Agile Coach, organizational transformation practitioner, facilitator, and trainer with 19 years of experience supporting organizations through complex change.
He combines Enterprise Agility, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, and facilitation approaches such as Liberating Structures and LEGO® Serious Play® to improve business impact, delivery, and team effectiveness.
He has contributed to transformation initiatives across organizations including Telnet Tunisia, BCP/PCA, Orange/Sofrecom, ONCF, ATOS, and La Poste Française.
