Samir Oliveira, PMP, PMI-PMOCP, HCMP, is the Corporate Engineering & Projects Coordinator and PMO Leader for LATAM South at Oben Holding Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, an MBA in Project Management, and specializations in Integrated Circuit Design and Software Testing.
With over 15 years of industrial leadership across the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors, Samir combines deep technical expertise with strategic governance and change management. Immediate Past President of PMI Pernambuco Brazil Chapter, he is dedicated to strengthening project culture, driving organizational agility, and developing high-performance leaders.
