Shanthi Chandrasekar is a Singapore-based C-suite technology and business leader, Senior Accredited

Board Director, and transformation strategist with more than 25 years of experience across
consulting, technology, and enterprise transformation. She has built and scaled high-growth
technology and consulting businesses across Asia Pacific, helping organizations accelerate
growth through AI-enabled transformation, digital innovation, resilient supply chains, and strong
governance.
Shanthi spent about 14 years with KPMG Management Consulting across the Middle East and
Singapore, where she led large-scale transformation programs and strategic client engagements.
Subsequently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for a global IT services company.
Throughout her career, she has worked with global enterprises to leverage AI, data, cloud, and
digital technologies to drive operational resilience, sustainability, customer transformation, and
business growth.
A recognized thought leader and industry speaker, Shanthi regularly speaks on AI-driven
transformation, Industry 5.0, sustainability, and the future of enterprise technology at executive
and industry forums across Asia Pacific.
Shanthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has
completed executive education in Corporate Governance at The Wharton School, Stanford
LEAD at Stanford Graduate School of Business, AI Strategies for Business Transformation at
Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
