Anara Asylbekova

Anara Asylbekova is the Vice President of Projects, Portfolio, and Innovations, leading strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector across the UAE. Originally from Kazakhstan, she brings over two decades of experience in managing complex portfolios, from critical COVID-Response programs to transformative technology and innovation projects in healthcare and fintech. A certified portfolio leader (PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-DASSM, PMO-CP, ITIL, PSPO), Anara is recognised for integrating strategy, innovation, and human-centred design to drive measurable impact. She has also co-authored multiple books, including Mastering Solution Delivery, The Evolution of PMO, and Green PMO.
Beyond her executive role, Anara is the founder of Little Project Manager — an award-winning educational initiative dedicated to bringing project management skills into schools from an early age through interactive books, workshops, and curricula.
