Essowe Abalo is a recognized expert in project, program, and portfolio management with over 20 years of experience leading complex initiatives for top-tier organizations such as IBM, Thales, Foxconn, and FNZ Group. His work focuses on strategy execution, agile transformation, and organizational governance.
He holds certifications including PgMP®, PMP®, CAL®, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and ITIL®, supported by an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
As the founder of Woloyem Consulting, Essowe has trained over 600 professionals since 2023, achieving a 98% PMP® certification success rate. His approach bridges global standards with local realities, helping professionals become confident, effective leaders.
A committed PMI global volunteer, he has contributed to the Francophone Outreach Committee, PMI Standards Review teams, PMO Global Awards, and served as an onsite volunteer at international PMI conferences. He has also reviewed speaker content for PMI events.
