Fabio Cruz is a seasoned IT leader with over 29 years of experience across diverse roles including developer, architect, project manager, product manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. As the CTO and a Partner at Hiflex Group, he is a leading Lean-Agile expert, driving organizational transformations through hybrid, agile, and lean methodologies. Fabio is the creator of the Agile PMO Framework and co-creator of the 4Hands System Discovery Framework. He has trained over 15,000 professionals, authored six bestselling books, and contributed to more than 300 articles, videos, and podcasts. A pioneer in Agile Management and hybrid models, he has played a key role in initiatives such as Brazil’s first e-government procurement platform. Fabio also serves on the international committee for EXIN Agile certifications and has translated multiple versions of the Scrum and Nexus Guides into Portuguese.
