Ruchi Motial-Suri is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Success Culture, a consulting firm focused on developing impactful leaders and creating high-performing teams.
With over 25 years of leadership experience with blue-chip organizations in Asia and Australia, she specializes in turning around under-performing teams. Ms. Suri sets up teams for success by focusing on the people and their needs. She has led innumerable large and complex projects to successful completion, many of which were handed to her in non-recoverable states with overworked, demotivated teams and frustrated stakeholders. She attributes her success in these turnarounds to more than sound management, emphasizing a deep understanding of human behavior and what motivates people to be their best in difficult circumstances.
She is a certified NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) master practitioner, an international speaker, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She holds a Master's degree in Computers and a Bachelor's in Physics.
