Dr. Vijayeta M is a Senior Project Management professional and expert in Program Controls, Planning, and Scheduling, with over 17 years of global experience leading complex infrastructure programs valued at more than $47 billion. She has a proven record in delay analysis, cost control, and claims management across rail, aviation, water, and commercial sectors.
Currently, she advances program management for the Port of Oakland’s E-PMO at Luster National, Inc. A highly accomplished academic and industry leader, she holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management from IIT Bombay, is a certified PMP, LEED Green Associate, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Dr. Vijayeta actively champions data-driven project delivery, AI-enabled project controls, and sustainable infrastructure worldwide, serving as a PMI Global Construction Ambassador and Co-Vice President of AACE New Jersey.
