At Agile Symposium 2025, we will bring together, online and in person, the Agile and project community in a festive event to celebrate  agility, collaboration and aspirations around the world.

As the nature of work continues to transform, Agile methodologies remain crucial for navigating this dynamic landscape. In a world shaped by technological advancements and the increasing need for organizational flexibility, it’s clear that adaptability is key to resilience and innovation. This symposium aims to explore how Agile principles are evolving to meet these growing demands, equipping attendees with the tools and knowledge to embrace the workplace of tomorrow.

What will Agile look like in the next two decades? As we step into a future driven by AI, quantum computing, and hyper-connected work environments, Agile frameworks must evolve to integrate these emerging technologies. Participants will delve into how these advancements will reshape Agile, enhancing collaboration, decision-making, and value delivery in ways we are only beginning to comprehend. This forward-thinking approach will challenge us to envision Agile's role in a world characterized by continuous change and innovation.

The future of work demands agility—not just in methodology, but in mindset. As organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation and a distributed workforce, Agile offers a structured yet flexible framework to maintain productivity, alignment, and collaboration. Its principles of iterative development, continuous feedback, and adaptability are essential to delivering value quickly and responding effectively in an unpredictable environment.

Through this symposium, we aim to inspire Agile practitioners, project managers, and thought leaders to rethink Agile’s evolving role in the future of work. By embracing new practices and mindsets, organizations can be better positioned to tackle upcoming challenges and seize opportunities, ensuring they thrive in a constantly shifting landscape.

This event is organized by the PMI Agile Special Interest Group – Asia Pacific (Agile SIG) and hosted by RMIT University and PMI Chapters around the world.

Founded in 2021, the Agile SIG is a dynamic community of practitioners advancing Agile and Lean competencies among project managers in a rapidly evolving world. Although our base is in the Asia Pacific, our reach extends globally.
